Job Shadow

Job Shadow Days

This program demystifies industry for high school students through half a day of work-based learning. The experience allows students to see career options firsthand and gain skills that employers need.

Our 2024 Regional Job Shadow Days took place February 27 - March 1 with thousands of high school students visiting over 50 employers for a half-day of learning. Instead of the traditional career day visit, employers gave students an inside-the-workplace look at what real careers look like across diverse industries.

“The experience was definitely eye-opening in that it showed me various career fields that are based off of hobbies.”
