Job Shadow Days
This program demystifies industry for high school students through half a day of work-based learning. The experience allows students to see career options firsthand and gain skills that employers need.
Our 2025 Regional Job Shadow Days will take place February 25 - 27, 2025 with thousands of high school students visiting over 50 employers for a half-day of learning. Instead of the traditional career day visit, employers give students an inside-the-workplace look at what real careers look like across diverse industries.
