And San Antonio isn’t the only city that drives our thriving economy. The many surrounding small cities that comprise Greater SATX are some of the fastest-growing in the U.S., creating a resilient economic climate and attracting a diverse community that aspires for a bright future.

The support of our Regional Partners makes San Antonio even greater. Each of our partners works to create an economically sustainable community that offers its own unique attributes to businesses and residents.

Bexar County

Bexar County Economic and Community Development works with partners from the local to international levels and provides valuable incentives to create a positive economic and social impact.

Boerne/Kendall County

As the 31st-fastest growing county in the country, Boerne Kendall County Economic Development aims to grow the economy, revitalize targeted areas of the community, and promote strong, balanced growth.

Castroville

Castroville will more than double in population over the next 10 years. As a hub for the area, the city also has an average household income of $61,375 and over 27,000 cars passing through each day.

Cibolo

With a decade of strong economic and infrastructure growth, and a young, highly educated workforce with the talents and skills to help the community, Cibolo is a premier place to do business.

Converse

Part of Greater SATX, has grown 65% over the last six years. The area is experiencing tremendous growth with the construction of thousands of new homes and the annexation of adjacent areas.

Floresville

Floresville is a vibrant, fast-growing community located between San Antonio and the Eagle Ford Shale region. Floresville has a long history as a wonderful place to live and work.

Leon Valley

This enclave is part of the San Antonio-New Braunfels MSA and boasts an excellent infrastructure network, robust talent pipeline, and high quality of life for its 11,000 residents.

Medina County

Schertz

Conveniently located on I-35 and I-10, the City of Schertz has emerged as a leader for industrial development within the San Antonio and Austin region.

Seguin

Located thirty minutes east of San Antonio and about an hour south of Austin, Seguin has ample property ready for development and excellent access to the major thoroughfares, I-10 and SH 130.

Selma

The City of Selma maintains its competitiveness by offering economic development incentives to facilitate quality development.
