Tell us a little bit about Tri-starr Talent and your presence in the Greater San Antonio region.  

Our Beginnings  

For 40 years, Tri-Starr Talent has been a cornerstone of the San Antonio community. Connecting companies to exceptional talent and addressing workforce challenges through their proven data-driven process. 

Originally founded to serve the manufacturing sector, Tri-Starr has evolved alongside the region’s growing economy to meet the demands of an ever-changing workforce landscape.  

Today, as a proud, locally rooted, woman-owned firm, Tri-Starr specializes in connecting companies with exceptional talent across Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Clerical, and administrative skill sets.

How would you like to see the San Antonio region continue to grow?

What is a recent project or accomplishment that your company is particularly proud of? 

Tri-Starr Talent recently completed a full rebrand to redefine who we are 40 years later. This wasn’t just about updating a logo or tagline—it was about taking a deep dive into our identity, rewriting our mission statement, and getting real about our core values. 

Through this process, we came back to market with a clear vision, a no-excuses mindset, and a firm conviction that human interaction and connection are at the heart of growth—for both businesses and individuals. This rebrand has re-energized our team, reinforced our commitment to serving our clients, and positioned us to continue making a meaningful impact in the San Antonio business community for decades to come.

Why did your organization invest in greater SATX?
